Let's be creative together.
What i offer:
A unique style of handdrawn pencil lineart mixed with digital watercolor, blending together into whimsical visuals.
I can use this artstyle to illustrate characters ((e.g. for TTRPGs, Novels,..), create maps, battle maps, book covers, whimsical-industrial backgrounds, comics, and even logos for your projects.I suggest using Kofi or Artistree for handling payments and overall project management, so you retain consumer protection rights.
Don't hesitate to send me an email or a Direct Message on any of these Commission platforms if you have any questions.
My Terms of Service
Agreement:
You confirm to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service automatically when paying the first half of the commission. Please read carefully.Payment:
50% up front after initial discussions &"go". I start working after receiving the first payment. Second 50% with approval of phase two (see below "Workflow"), before finishing and delivery of watermark-free full resolution product. Payment via Paypal.Refunds:
If I haven't started working on it after the "go", full refund is possible. Partial refunds are possible depending on how many hours I already worked on it. The rate to calculate possible refunds is 30€/h. Full refund will be granted if I cancel the commission myself, unless the reason for it is a violation of these ToS.Commercial Use:
Commercial use is granted as long as the artwork is prominently (in reasonable manner) credited on or next to the artwork. Examples: Book covers need to be credited in the Impressum with "Cover art: Imagineric ([email protected]; imagineric.carrd.co), if used in a video: readable credits at the end of video, and in description of the video on any online video streaming service). Reselling the art (e.g. prints) is allowed only as long as I am properly credited via name and contact information (name or my logo on the artwork, and contact information on the back, or any applicable spot).
If not credited properly, I reserve the right to charge additional fees for the use (minimum of 100% additionally to the base price). Crediting me is highly appreciated.Rights I reserve:
- I reserve the right to use low resolution/watermarked versions of the art for promotional purposes (social media), either digitally or printed (e.g. to show at conventions). I reserve the right to use the artwork for educational purposes. I will not resell the full artwork to anyone at any time.
- I reserve the right to decline/refuse any commission without giving any reason.
- I reserve the right to move the deadline back if:
communications are slow (a few days),
I don't receive answers for a long time.
I get sick and cannot work on the commission (sending you a heads-up in that case)
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission with no refunds when I receive messages containing threats, insults, gibberish, real-life hate speech, or any other form of significant unprofessionalism.Content Policy:
Not allowed:
- Explicit illegal content
- Explicit sexual content involving minors or minor-appearing charactersWorkflow & Communication:
- I receive a concise briefing from you with detailed descriptions, clear references, and context (e.g. your usage, relevant inspirations,..).
- You get a price and time offer. Further discussion may occur until we agree and I receive your "Go".
- First Phase: After payment I start working and send the first sketches to you (rough, dirty), probably with more questions. 3 rounds of sketches and further input are included in the initial price. If this phase goes quicker than I anticipated, it is possible that the price goes down depending on how many hours we saved. On the other hand, further revisions will generate additional fees, depending on the additional hours at work. Please be thorough with your briefing.
- Second phase: Detailed drawing/line art. I will send updates in reasonably regular intervals (no more than 3 days without communication, excluding sick days). Minor changes can be made during that process.
- Third phase: After your approval, you send the second 50%. After receiving, I start coloring/finishing touches with regular updates. Questions about colors may occur. Color variations can be requested to a maximum of 3.
- Delivery: Generally Din A3, 300 dpi, or as discussed. PNG, PDF, JPG, in RGB. I cannot be held liable for incorrect CMYK conversion or incorrect color reproduction on printers.
I strive for a professional and friendly work relationship to make the commission a pleasant and productive experience for both parties. If something I ask or say in English which feels wrong, I appreciate any correction, since English is not my first language.
Thank you for considering!
